We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Screens, colors and packaging may differ slightly from the photos. Before you buy, please check that your vehicle is compatible. Dashwise reads engine and emissions codes only.
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it. The price you see at checkout when you pay is the price you pay.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for a pricing error, a stock problem or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
Payment is taken when you place your order. The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by secure payment providers, and we never see or store your full card number.
We ship to addresses in the United States. Processing and delivery times are in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, we replace it or refund you.
You have 30 days from delivery to return your Dashwise for a refund. The steps, return shipping rules and refund times are in our Return and refund policy.
Every Dashwise has a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Details are in our Warranty section.

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or supplier shortages. We will tell you and offer a refund if your order is delayed for a long time.
