Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders ship within [1–3] business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery takes about [5–8] business days after your order ships. Your delivery estimate appears at checkout, before you pay. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

Customs, duties and taxes

There are no customs fees or duties to pay when your order arrives. Sales tax, if it applies, is shown at checkout.

Shipping address

Please check your address at checkout. We can change it before your order ships. Email us right away at support@shopdashwise.com. Once it has shipped, we cannot change it.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

• Not delivered: if your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, or it has not arrived [3] business days after the latest delivery estimate, email us.
• Damaged on arrival: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the box and the device.

We replace or refund these orders in full.
